Home of Angels uses Stripe Online Payments, we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB.
Stripe payments are currently supported on iOS and Android devices.
Stripe has automatically implemented several layers of protection specifically designed for Web-based financial transactions. For instance, Stripe's client libraries and mobile API meet such industry standards as PCI-DSS requirements. Stripe is also certified as PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of security certification for the payment card industry.
Home of Angel parcels are delivered by My Hermes, the delivery charge is dependent on the weight of the parcel, small parcels start at 90p. The delivery charge is shown at the point of checkout prior to payment.
You can have your order delivered to any address in the UK (Excluding addresses in Eire or the Channel Islands) by standard delivery. Standard delivery orders do not need to be signed for.
Orders placed Monday to Thursday should arrive in 3 - 5 days (excluding Saturday and Sundays).
Orders placed on Friday or at the weekend should arrive within 3 - 5 days (excluding Saturday and Sundays).
Delivery 9 am - 5 pm
You will be provided with estimated delivery dates for your order at checkout.
Please note: Delivery lead times are extended over public holidays.
Return and Exchange Policy
Items purchased from Home of Angels Ltd may be exchanged within 16 days from the date of order by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exclusion 1 - Earrings & Pierced Jewellery
In the interest of hygiene and for the protection of all our customers, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our exchange and refund policy. The exclusion arises from a Health and Safety perspective and is an international recommendation to prevent the spread of infections and disease. This exclusion is in the interest of and for the protection of all our customers.
Exclusion 2 - Personalised Jewellery
We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on personalised jewellery orders. This means that we cannot provide exchanges or refunds on items that have been specially altered or personalised for you in any way.
We are pleased to offer our Exchange Policy in addition to your statutory rights.
A refund can be processed providing that you request this within 16 days from the date of dispatch and the item is unworn and in resaleable condition (for your dispatch date please check your ‘Dispatch Confirmation’ email).

Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of postage if you choose to return an item.
Any amount due will be refunded back onto the debit/credit card originally used. Please allow up to 5 working days for this process to complete.
In the event that we do not receive your returned item, we will ask you to provide the Proof of Postage receipt you obtained from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this Proof of Postage.

Payments for all goods can be made Debit Card or Credit Card - using a secure payment gateway. Payment will be taken from your card at the time of committing to your order.
Small items will be packaged in padded envelopes.
All orders will be despatched by Royal Mail within 1-3 working days of Home of Angels Ltd receiving and acknowledging your order. Delays may also arise if our usual delivery systems are disrupted by third party strike action. Customers will always be notified by email of any delays.
A complete delivery address, including the correct postcode must be given at the time of order, together with a contact telephone number. We cannot be held responsible for lost items if we have followed your instructions.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Any orders that have not been despatched will be cancelled immediately and if payment has been made, a full refund will be given. Any orders that have already been despatched must be returned to us using our returns procedure as detailed below. Although our goods are checked and carefully packaged prior to leaving our premises, there may still be occasions when our products are damaged in transit. On those occasions, Home of Angels Ltd will offer a full refund, including postage and delivery costs or issue you with a replacement product, providing the goods are returned back to us within 7 days of the date of receipt. In the unlikely event that goods are unsatisfactory, Home of Angels Ltd will offer a full refund or issue you with a replacement product, providing the goods are returned back to us within 7 days of the date of receipt, with its original packaging and in perfect condition. Return postage costs must be met by the purchaser. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the purchaser until they are received by Home of Angels Ltd.
